Flat tire
Flat tire help in Dallas–Fort Worth
A flat tire doesn't have to mean a trip to a shop. Call or send a request, tell us where you are, and a driver comes to the car. If you carry a usable spare, we put it on; if you don't, we can supply a tire and install it.

Questions about pricing? Call (945) 412-1215What to check before you call
Get clear of moving traffic and turn on your hazard lights. If you're in a live traffic lane, or anyone is in danger, call 911 first. Once you're safe, a minute of looking tells us which help to send.
- Which tire is down, and whether it's completely flat or still holding some air.
- Whether the car has a spare. Check under the trunk floor and underneath the vehicle.
- Whether your wheels have locking nuts, and where the key is.
- The vehicle's year, make and model.
Which fix matches your flat
Three different jobs get a car off a flat, and which one you need depends on the tire. Each one adds a $19 dispatch fee, charged once, for sending the driver to you.
- A usable spare in the car: a flat tire change, from $75. We put on the spare you already carry.
- A small puncture in the tread: a plug or patch, $54–$60, when the damage allows it.
- No spare, or a tire too damaged to repair: tire replacement, from $129. We supply the tire and install it.
If you can't tell which one you need
Choose the closest match and describe what you see. The price for your vehicle is confirmed before a driver is sent. If you ask for a repair, the driver checks the tire before starting and tells you whether it can be done. Damage in or near the sidewall can't be repaired safely.
Please don't keep driving on the flat to reach a shop. It ruins the tire and can damage the wheel, which turns a small bill into a bigger one.
You'll get a text or a call when the driver is on the way. Our average arrival is 30 minutes, and the actual time depends on your location and traffic.
What a flat tire change includes
The change is the job of swapping the flat for the spare you already carry. It does not include a new tire. If the flat itself needs replacing, or the spare is unusable, ask for tire replacement instead and say why when you request.

Don't. Even a short drive on a flat can damage the wheel as well as the tire, and a tire that could have been plugged becomes one that has to be replaced.
