Mobile, not a shop

TRA doesn't run a garage with bays or a walk-in counter. We're a dispatch service for the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, so the work happens wherever the car is parked: a driveway, a parking lot, a garage or the shoulder.

That matters with a bad tire. You don't have to drive on it, arrange a tow or a ride, or leave the car at a shop and come back for it.

The steps are the same wherever the car is: you tell us where it is, dispatch confirms the job and the price, and a driver heads out.

The tire jobs we do

Each job has its own price, and a $19 dispatch fee is added once per job.

  • Spare tire change, from $75: we put on the spare already in your car.
  • Plug or patch repair, $54–$60: for a puncture in the tread.
  • Stuck screw or nail, $70: the object removed and the tire made safe.
  • New tire, from $129: we supply the tire and install it.

What a mobile visit doesn't include

We don't tow and we don't do mechanical repair, so a damaged wheel or a problem beyond the tire itself is a job for a shop. For a replacement, tire availability varies, so dispatch confirms a tire is available before sending a driver.

Have this ready when you call

Your exact location, the vehicle's year, make and model, and which tire is affected. If you can read the wheel size off the sidewall, add it. If your wheels have locking nuts and the key is missing, say so. Wheel lock removal is $70 plus the dispatch fee, and the wheel has to come off before any tire work can start.

If you can't tell which job you need, describe what you see. A puncture gets checked by the driver before any repair starts, and damage in or near the sidewall can't be repaired safely, so that tire is replaced. A flat with no usable spare behind it is a replacement job too.
