Each price below is for the service. The $19 dispatch fee goes on top of each one, once per job.
- Dead battery: a jump start, $49–$75, or a new battery installed, $239–$255 for eligible vehicles and batteries.
- Flat tire: a spare tire change, from $75; a plug or patch repair, $54–$60; or a new tire supplied and installed, from $129.
- Nail or screw in a tire: $70.
- Locked out: from $50, or $120 for keys in the trunk.
- Missing wheel lock key: $70.
What we don't do
We don't tow, we don't deliver fuel, and we don't do mechanical repair. If the problem is an engine or transmission, an empty tank, or a car that has to be moved to a shop, you need a mechanic or a tow service. We'd rather tell you that than send a driver who can't help.
How to ask for help
Call or send a request online. Give your exact location, the vehicle's year, make and model, and what's wrong. Dispatch confirms the service price and the dispatch fee for your vehicle before a driver is sent, and we text or call you when the driver is on the way.
Dispatch is based in Dallas–Fort Worth rather than in an out-of-state call center. Our average arrival is 30 minutes; the actual time depends on where you are and the traffic.
Not sure how to describe it? Pick the symptom that sounds closest: the car won't start, a tire is flat, you're locked out, or a wheel lock won't open. Dispatch works out the job from there.
While you wait
In a live traffic lane, or if anyone is in danger, call 911 before you call us. Otherwise, get clear of traffic, turn on your hazard lights and wait where you can be seen. In the dark, stay in a lit spot if you have a choice, and keep the doors locked until the driver is there.
