A membership is something you buy ahead of time, in case. Here, you ask when you need help. There's no account and no membership, and you can call about any problem we handle, whether it's your first time or not. With nothing to join, there's no renewal date to remember either.
You don't need a member number or a membership card to call. What dispatch needs is the car's location and what's wrong with it.
You pay for the job
Every job has a published service price, plus a $19 dispatch fee for sending a driver to your location, charged once per job. Dispatch confirms both for your vehicle before a driver is sent, so you hear the figure first. A jump start, for example, comes to $68–$94 in expected total.
- Jump start: $49–$75 (semi trucks and 18-wheelers, $140).
- Spare tire change: from $75.
- Lockout: from $50 (keys in the trunk, $120).
- Battery replacement: $239–$255, for eligible vehicles and batteries.
What to tell us when you call
Where the car is, the year, make and model, and what happened. That's all dispatch needs to pick the right job. For a semi truck, choose that vehicle type, because it has its own jump start price.
A text or a call tells you when the driver is on the way. Our average arrival is 30 minutes, and the actual time depends on your location and traffic.
What not having a membership doesn't change
The list of what we do is the same for everyone: jump starts, batteries, lockouts and tire work. We don't tow, deliver fuel or do mechanical repair, so a problem that needs one of those still needs a tow service or a mechanic. Some roadside plans include towing. We don't, and that is worth knowing before you call.
What you do get is a driver at any hour. We're open 24/7, 365 days a year, with dispatch based here in Dallas–Fort Worth, so there's no business-hours window you have to catch.
