Roadside help for work trucks, vans and box trucks

Questions about pricing? Call (945) 412-1215One job at a time
There's no contract, no account to open and nothing to sign before a driver goes out. Each call is its own job with its own price. If you're calling from the office, give dispatch the number of whoever is with the vehicle, so we know who to text or call when the driver is on the way.
Two vehicles down at the same site? Request each one, so dispatch can confirm the job and the price for each vehicle before anyone is sent.
What to tell us
The more dispatch knows, the less back and forth:
- The vehicle type: pickup truck, van, box truck or semi truck. Choose it in the request.
- The year, make and model, and your unit number if you use one.
- Exactly where it is: the job site address, the yard, or the road, direction and cross street. A job site often has no address that maps well, so add a landmark or the name on the gate. Say too if the vehicle is blocking a loading area or an entrance.
- Whether it's loaded, and whether there's a gate or a locked yard.
- The best number to text or call when the driver is on the way.
What it costs
A jump start is $49–$75 for most vehicles and $140 for a semi truck or 18-wheeler. A lockout is from $50 and a spare tire change is from $75. Each job adds a $19 dispatch fee. Choose the vehicle type in the request, and dispatch confirms the price for your vehicle before a driver is sent. Each job is priced on its own.
What a work vehicle should know
For a lockout, the driver confirms the vehicle is yours before opening it, so whoever is at the truck needs ID or another way to show it. We don't tow, deliver fuel or do mechanical repair, so a truck that needs a mechanic goes to a shop.
