Lockout across Plano
Plano is the largest city in Texas without an interstate running through it — the traffic instead moves on US-75 Central Expressway, the Dallas North Tollway, the Sam Rayburn Tollway, the President George Bush Turnpike and Preston Road. Those tollways bound the city, and most of our lockout calls come from the commercial parking they feed, particularly around the Legacy Drive corporate corridor.

Yes. The driver confirms you are entitled to the vehicle before opening it. It is quick, and it is the reason a stranger cannot have your car opened.
You do not need a key present. Opening the vehicle does not depend on having one — it is the reason this service exists.
